Values-Based Leadership for K–12 Students
Growing Leaders is the U.S. arm of our Student Transformation work. Through its flagship curriculum, iLead, Growing Leaders partners with schools and districts across the United States to deliver values-based leadership education for K–12 students.
iLead is a peer-led, research-backed leadership program designed to develop essential life and leadership skills, including:
Communication and collaboration
Responsibility and initiative
Decision-making and self-awareness
Character and respect for others
Growing Leaders works directly with U.S. schools and districts to provide curriculum, educator training, and implementation support — helping schools embed leadership development into everyday student life.
