Values-Based Leadership for K–12 Students

Growing Leaders is the U.S. arm of our Student Transformation work. Through its flagship curriculum, iLead, Growing Leaders partners with schools and districts across the United States to deliver values-based leadership education for K–12 students.

iLead is a peer-led, research-backed leadership program designed to develop essential life and leadership skills, including:

Decision-making and self-awareness

Character and respect for others

Growing Leaders works directly with U.S. schools and districts to provide curriculum, educator training, and implementation support — helping schools embed leadership development into everyday student life.

Expanding Leadership Development Around the Globe

Beyond the United States, Maxwell Leadership Foundation works to bring the iLead Student Leadership Curriculum to students around the world.

This global initiative focuses on equipping students with the same values-based leadership content — rooted in the vision and values of Dr. John C. Maxwell. — while adapting implementation to meet the cultural and educational needs of each region.

Through partnerships with schools, organizations, and national leaders, we are helping students across continents develop leadership skills that strengthen communities and shape the future from the inside out.
