Through Growing Leaders and the iLead program, we bring values-based leadership curriculum to middle and high school students across the country. In as little as 30 minutes a week, students develop the character, accountability, and initiative that schools alone cannot teach — and employers consistently say is missing.

Pillar 2 — GROW Develop Communities

Through Community Transformation Roundtables and the iTransform platform, we equip organizations — YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs, recovery programs, scouting chapters, and local nonprofits — with the framework to develop leaders from within their own communities.
