For more than 40 years, John C. Maxwell has taught that everything rises and falls on leadership. Maxwell Leadership Foundation was born from a single question: what if this truth could be systematically applied to entire nations?

Beginning with a single country initiative, the Foundation has grown into a global movement operating in 180+ nations — proving that when leadership changes, communities change, and when communities change, nations change.
